The location is fantastic and the staff made us feel safe and welcomed. I appreciated the friendly assistance throughout my stay.
Unfortunately, the room was outdated with noticeable maintenance issues like a malfunctioning air conditioning unit and lack of essential appliances.

Family with children friendly
Great stay and what a perfectly located hotel. The staff were really courteous and helpful, made us feel welcome. Free parking was a plus, and the lobby and bar area had a nice vibe after a long day.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for a family focused place like this.

Room furnishings are outdated and far from cozy!!! The shower head is uncomfortably low, making it difficult for anyone taller than 5'5"!!! Maintenance issues, like persistent noise and slow elevators, need urgent attention!!!

Staying here with my granddaughter was great! The complimentary beach shuttle made it a breeze to hit the sand at Huntington Beach Pier. The staff were super friendly, helping us find local spots and keeping our stay enjoyable.
In my wife’s opinion, the rooms need serious upgrades. A refrigerator would be great for families. we had no place to keep drinks cold.

location next to costco is convenient, but don’t expect a pleasant experience with noisy halls, scratchy sheets, and sketchy elevators. choose wisely and stay alert.
